Terms of Service

Finest Electric Inc. is a licensed California electrical contractor (License #1092864), insured and bonded. We provide residential and commercial electrical services in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire, and we travel farther for the right project. The specific scope of any project is defined in the written estimate we provide.

On-site estimates are free and carry no obligation. We provide a written quote before work begins, and the price we quote is the price you pay for the scope described in that quote.

Additional charges may apply only where you approve added or changed work (a change order), or where conditions that could not reasonably be seen at the time of the estimate are discovered once work begins (for example, concealed wiring, code violations, or damage inside walls). We will explain any such change and obtain your approval before proceeding.

We make every effort to respond quickly, including a 2-hour response target for emergencies and 24/7 emergency availability. Response times are goals, not guarantees, and depend on location, weather, traffic, and demand. For any life-threatening emergency or active fire, call 911 first.

We stand behind our work. If a defect in our workmanship appears, we will return and correct it at no cost to you, consistent with the guarantee described on our Site. This guarantee covers the labor we perform.

Parts and equipment are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear; misuse, alteration, or damage by others; customer-supplied materials; pre-existing conditions or work performed by other contractors; or failures caused by events outside our control. The specific warranty terms and duration for a project are stated in your estimate or invoice.

Payment is due as stated in your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work.

We perform work in accordance with the applicable edition of the California Electrical Code and local requirements. Where a permit is required, we will discuss it with you; permit and inspection fees may be itemized in your estimate.

You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable access to the work area, and a safe working environment. Delays or added costs caused by inaccurate information or lack of access are not our responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finest Electric Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the California Contractors State License Board or other applicable law, or our liability for our own negligence or willful misconduct.

The content of this Site, including text, graphics, and our name and logo, is owned by Finest Electric Inc. and may not be copied or used without permission. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully or in any way that could damage or impair it.

Any third-party company names or marks that appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify past projects or services. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised, and changes take effect when posted.
